CrossCountry Mortgage Recruiting Site

Recruiting new Loan Officers is a core tenant of CCM’s business model. In response, I was tasked with designing the layouts for an updated recruiting site. I collaborated closely with our copywriters and developers to create an interactive experience that helps potential recruits envision themselves at CCM. We had a little under a month to design, write, and develop this project.

Process
Our first step was to audit the existing sites content. We spent multiple meetings going over the old content and created a sit. The old content was long winded and the important selling points weren’t at the forefront. We took these insights and used them to inform the new site structure. After a new sitemap was created, I started to may lofi wireframes to get a sense of how much copy we would like for each section.

To help recruits see how their name and specific accent color would look on our marketing materials, we built an interactive asset generator. After entering your name, selecting your branches suffix. color, and uploading a headshot you are then presented with a flat lay overview of what your potential marketing kit could look like.
