In response, I was tasked with designing the layouts for an updated recruiting site. I collaborated closely with our copywriters and developers to create an interactive experience that helps potential recruits envision themselves at CCM. We had a little under a month to design, write, and develop this project. CLIENT CrossCountry Mortgage Role Art Direction, User Interface Design, User Experience Process Our first step was to audit the existing sites content. We spent multiple meetings going over the old content and created a sit. The old content was long winded and the important selling points weren’t at the forefront. We took these insights and used them to inform the new site structure. members were interviewed about the impact the Broad College had on their personal journeys. The shapes and styling found on subway maps were used to guide the reader through the report. In addition to the print report, a video series of each interview was created by my colleague.
